John Romero’s Blackroom FPS soll im Winter erscheinen
Auf gamestar standen Spielankündigungen. Da war auch Blackroom gelistet, was mich überrascht hat.
Wiki sagt: The game was planned to be crowdfunded on the Kickstarter platform, but the project was cancelled in April 2016. The game is set to launch during the winter quarter of 2018.
Ob das grundsätzlich kommt? Und wenn, zu dem Datum? Ich habe Romero zu dem Thema nie wieder was sagen hören.

Happy Birthday id Software zum 27. Geburtstag
Thread: Happy 27th Birthday, id Software! I’m grateful to have joined up with @ThatTomHall, @ID_AA_Carmack, and Adrian Carmack in 1990. Our development of 15 games in 16 months before creating the FPS with Wolfenstein 3D was a hurricane of hard work.

Romero auf die Nachfrage zu Blackroom:
„Well interestingly we cannot talk about Blackroom. At some point in the future I definitely will but I can’t say anything about it right now.“

Blade of Agony is a story-driven FPS. The project is inspired by WWII shooters from the 90’s and early 2000’s, like Wolfenstein 3D, Medal of Honor, and Call of Duty, but with faster-paced gameplay in the spirit of Doom! The game can be played standalone using the GZDoom engine as a base.
‚WolfenDoom Blade of Agony‘ ist eine Doom 2 Total Conversion. Gerade frisch ist Chapter 2 erschienen. Ich kannte WolfenDoom bisher noch nicht.
