Ich fand die Doku „Okay“. Die Stärken und der Mainfokus liegen auf den Interviews, Statements und Kommentaren der Spielemacher selbst. Journalisten Meinungen lese ich täglich, da ist es schön wieder mal die Entwickler selbst zu hören und zu sehen. Es ist ein Gang, mit ausgewählten Spielen, durch die FPS Geschichte.
Die Laufzeit meiner Version betrug 4,5 Stunden.
Wenn ich Entwickler sprechen sehe (keine Gaming Journalisten, Promo Leute, Manager, Studio Heads, Analysten), dann werde ich schwach und das muss ich einfach sehen. John Romero: Yes, SIGIL II is the conclusion to the storyline just before DOOM II. I have already started on the next map pack for DOOM II and it’s named HELLION. After HELLION is going to be a Quake episode, so I don’t know if I’ll revisit DOOM (1993) again.

John Romero’s Sigil 2 9-Level Wad für Doom 1 erscheint, für Zahler zumindest, pünktlich, am 10. Dezember.
Der Release Weg ist wieder wie bei Sigil 1. Eine kostenlose Wad wird erhältlich sein (seine Seite und woanders). Wer den Audio Soundtrack möchte, bezahlt günstige digitale Version. Dann gibt es noch Physische Big Boxen mit Extras und Gimmicks. Und nach Release wird das Mapset dann einige Fix Patches bekommen, glaube ich.
