Restoration Project Trailer & Version am 21. Dezember

Das DNF2001 Restoration Project bekommt am 21. Dezember eine öffentliche Demo. An die Presse wurde die Version schon gegeben. Okay ich könnte mir das wohl besorgen, habe aber keine Zeit dafür.

Ich schätze die finale Version wird toll werden. Ein wenig müssen die Devs frei interpretieren, damit das Gameplay Spass macht.

Duke Nukem Endangered Species Alpha Built Leak

Pagb666: No commentary gameplay/showcase of the alpha build from July 11th 2002 of Duke Nukem Endangered Species.

In this showcase I briefly traverse the game levels, showing the points of interest, enemies, and weapons. I don’t know if each level has its boss propertly implemented, so I might’ve missed them. There is not much gameplay to be shown, and the present one is very clunky. Endangered Species is Duke game from 2002, developed by Action Forms (Chasm, Carnivores, Cryostasis) and canceled in December 2002. The game would later be refurbished as Vivisector, there’s a @Civvie11 video about it, it is a fun game, check it out. I understand why this was canceled, duke just doesn’t belong to wide open world natural landscapes with 0 urban bits, traversing the levels on foot is slow and very boring and killing regular animals is uninteresting.

Ein DN3D Mod mixt alte und neue Elemente zusammen. (moddb)

Duke Nukem 3D is back, rebalanced, remixed and HARDER. A mix between the old and the new, play with new (legacy) weapons, against new (legacy) enemies. Legacy Edition will make you sweat, be strategic, jump, run, dodge and blow everything away. Play the original 3 episodes with beta and alpha elements remixed into the game.

This mod features:
– A score system;
– New weapons like the flamethrower, plasma gun, the old alpha shotgun and others;
– Alternate fire modes for some weapons;
– New enemies like the beta double shotgun pigcop, the beta overlord and others;
– Rebalanced skill levels;
– Rebalanced the entire game (HARDER);
– A life system (you are gonna need it, trust me);
– A revamped soundtrack (boss fighting got realy interesting now);
– A final fight that’s gonna blow your mind;

Das Standalone Addon „Serious Sam Siberian Mayhem“ für Serious Sam 4 ist für PS5 und Xbox S/X erschienen. Das Addon wurde auf dem PC mehrmals geupdatet.

Duke Nukem 3D – AMC Squad Mod mit vierter Episode

Die grosse Duke Nukem 3D Total Conversion „The AMC Squad“ hat die vierte Episode veröffentlicht. (moddb, pcgamer)

Episode 4 of The AMC Squad just dropped. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s an ABSURDLY GIGANTIC and madly ambitious Duke Nukem 3D fangame. Standalone and free. Episode 4 was originally slated to release sometime in 2023. Having it drop at the very start of October is unexpected, but cool. Each episode is usually around a full FPS campaign in length. 8-12 hours, give or take. That’s not counting the optional side-missions.
