Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem ist ein Standalone Addon zu Serious Sam 4 und stammt von einem Modding Team welches sich dafür Timelock Studio nennt. Am 25. Januar wird die Serious Sam 4 Erweiterung erscheinen. Siberian Mayhem wurde von Timelock Studio mit Hilfe von Croteam entwickelt. Fünf grosse neue Missionen im sibirischen Russland sind zu spielen (Arctic coastlines, desolate forests, abandoned villages, a chilling ghost town).

Weil es von Teilen der Spielerschaft öfters Kritik an SS3 und SS4 gab, finde ich es sehr gut, Leute aus der Community ein Addon machen zu lassen. Eine echt gute Progression findet da statt. Ich bin positiv überrascht. Es hab ja bereits Community Projekte wie „Serious Sam Classics: Revolution“ mit der Bright Island Kampagne oder der Indi Games Serie mit dem Thema Serious Sam, welche von Croteam unterstützt wurden. Ich hoffe Timelock haben es drauf.
