(steam)
💥 Here, catch! 💥
The v1.1 patch for @RiseoftheTriad: Ludicrous Edition is out NOW featuring quality-of-life improvements like cross-platform multiplayer, level statistics, bug fixes, and more. 👀
(gamestar)
(youtube, twitter)
Someone asked why I play so many shitty games… Aside from the usual "…so you don't have to play them", the truth is that back in the day all games tried to bring something new onto the table… And the breaking glass in Mortyr is AWESOME. pic.twitter.com/DpiWlYjgrz
Der Re-Release soll neben dem Original optional mitbringen: Widescreen HUD support, 3D filtering/perspective, positional audio, 60+ fps interpolation „just in case the original is too authentic.“ ‚Coming Soon‘ was immer das heisst. (bluesnews, eurogamer, steam, rockpapershotgun)
Moment, die News ist nicht fertig :)
Bungie zu PC Gamer: „Yup, this is real, and will be free. We’re very supportive of the Marathon community and Aleph One’s dedication here to bring the original Marathon to PC, Linux, and Mac for everyone to experience, with cross-platform play available in multiplayer. This is a true tribute to the original game!“
Wiki sagt was total Verrücktes: The game was originally conceived by Joe Ybarra’s Creative Insights as “Marble Madness with a 3rd-person view” with the player character being a frog, but this was scrapped in favour of the final darker design upon the project’s purchase by Accolade.
Still working on improving DarkForces Remaster. The two big ones are better mod support and improving the MIDI music player, particularly the timings of the notes.
Here's a demonstration showcasing the music in the current release, versus the new onehttps://t.co/S5NCX1ZkSS…
