Id is the owner of the software game Quake III Arena and associated copyrights and trademarks. The aforementioned page contains various „cheats“ and „hacks“ which are intended to be used to compromise the integrity of the Quake III Arena game in online game matches. Many of these programs contain certain software source code owned by id and are being distributed without the permission of consent of id, and as such, infringe on our very valuable intellectual property rights. As such, the entire site would appear to be in violation of your „Terms of Service“ and should be shut down immediately to prevent id from incurring additional damages.
