Damit hat so früh wohl keiner gerechnet: id Software und Activision gaben in einer Pressemitteilung an Gamespot bekannt, dass am Freitag eine Return to castle Wolfenstein Multiplayer Demo erscheinen wird, in der bereits eine spielbare Map enthalten sein wird. Man wird sie von der offiziellen RTCW Website und von Gamespot runterladen können. Auszug:

Wenn alles gut geht können wir im November wieder die Maschinengewehre aus dem Schrank holen… kaufen wird man es allerdings nur in den Nachbarländern können, da die Vollversion hierzulande wenn dann lediglich in einer stark zensierten Fassung erhältlich sein wird.
